SPRINGFREE TRAMPOLINE GIVEAWAY
Who Can Enter
1. Entrants must be legal Texas residents who are 18 years of age or older and have lawful access to the method(s) of entry set forth in these rules.
2. Employees of NW Communications of Texas, Inc., on behalf of television station KDFW FOX 4, Springfree Trampoline (“Sponsors”), KDFI My27, and their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family and household members of each are ineligible.
How To Enter
3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Qualified entrants may enter as often as they wish. The giveaway begins at 4:30AM (CT) on Monday, April 1, 2013, and all entries must be received by 11:59PM (CT) on Sunday, April 21, 2013.
4. To enter, on Monday, April 1, 2013, starting at 4:30AM (CT), log on to www.myfoxdfw.com and click on the “Springfree Trampoline Giveaway” in the Contest link on the home page. For new users, a landing page will appear onto which new users can create an account by clicking the “Create an Account” button. A second page will appear into which the new user will enter his/her e-mail address and password. Once the “Continue” button is clicked, a third page will appear into which he/she will enter his/her name, age, e-mail address, daytime phone number or mobile number. By clicking the “Submit” button he/she has entered the contest. If entrant is already registered with www.myfoxdfw.com, he/she must simply enter his/her username and password in order to be entered into the contest. All entrants will receive a confirmation e-mail verifying he/she is entered into the contest.
5. Sponsors are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware, or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner(s) or other giveaway information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsors are also not responsible for any injury or damage to any entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the giveaway or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete. All entry materials may be maintained as part of KDFW’s giveaway records. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE GIVEAWAY IS A VIOLATION OF THE CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if it becomes technically or otherwise corrupted.
6. At 10:00AM (CT) on Monday, April 22, 2013, one (1) Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
The Prize(s)
7. One (1) Winner will receive one (1) Medium Round Trampoline (ERV: $1,299). Prize does not include delivery and installation. Winner can arrange to pick up the trampoline from Springfree Trampoline in Plano, TX or arrange delivery and installation for an additional charge. Installation may not be available in all areas. Prize provided by Springfree Trampoline.
8. Winner will be notified by phone and/or e-mail on the date their entry is randomly selected. Winner will be required to complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release and claim the prize in a manner determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion within two (2) business days of the date of notification or they will be disqualified. If a Winner cannot be reached, or if a Winner does not return the signed and completed Certification of Eligibility and Release and claim the prize within the designated time period, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing if, in Sponsors’ reasonable discretion, time permits. Winners must return the Certification of Eligibility and Release to KDFW FOX 4, 400 North Griffin St. Dallas, TX 75202. A representative from the Springfree Trampoline Plano, Texas location will contact Winner to pick up the prize.
9. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the Winner. Winner cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.
10. Winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.
11. Only one prize will be awarded per household. Individuals are eligible to win only one prize in a contest sponsored by KDFW FOX 4 within any 30-day period, regardless of the number of giveaways entered.

13. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use Winner’s name, hometown, likeness, and photograph for broadcast, online posting, and/or in any other media, including for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional compensation.
14. These giveaway rules are available at www.myfoxdfw.com through April 21, 2013, and Monday through Friday during normal business hours at 400 North Griffin Street, Dallas, Texas 75202 through April 19, 2013.
15. For a Winners’ list, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope after April 21, 2013, to: “Springfree Trampoline Giveaway,” KDFW FOX 4, 400 North Griffin Street, Dallas, Texas, 75202.
16. This giveaway is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law, including without limitation, in jurisdictions requiring registration, filing, trust account, or posting of a bond, or any other requirements or disclosures that are not expressly satisfied by these rules. Sponsors are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or administration of the giveaway, or in the announcement of the prize. The order in which entries are received will have no bearing on the selection of the Winner. In the event of a dispute over who submitted a particular entry, Sponsors will determine entrant’s identity or select an alternate winner, in its sole discretion.
17. By entering, participants represent that they are eligible, and agree (a) to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, (b) to release Sponsors, their parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, and (c) to Sponsors’ use of entrants’ personal information as described in the Privacy Policy located at www.myfoxdfw.com.
