Who Can Enter

1. Entrants must be legal U.S residents who are 18 years of age or older and reside in one of the participating states (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, California, Massachusetts, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Wisconsin, and Texas) and have lawful access to the Internet and a valid e-mail address.

    

2. Employees of Fox Television Stations, Inc. (“FTS”), participating FOX-affiliated stations and Time Warner Cable (collectively, “Sponsor”), their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible.

3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.Only one entry per person.The giveaway begins at 5am ET on Sunday, December 1^st, 2013 and all entries must be received by 12m ET on Sunday, December 15^th, 2013.

    

4. To enter, log on to one of the participating MYFOX Sites (MyFoxLA, MyFoxNY, MyFoxDallas, MyFoxCarolinas, MyFoxAustin) or the non- owned and operated station sites not represented by FOX Stations Sales (foxrio2, kfoxtv, fox23news, fox11online, fox6now) and follow all instructions to complete the online entry..Entry constitutes an assignment to Sponsor of all intellectual property rights in the entry materials, if any.Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners’ names, hometowns, likenesses, and photographs for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation.

    

5. Winner will receive a trip with a guest (Trip for 2-Winner plus companion) to Los Angeles to be guests for a VIP experience on the set of FOX NFL Sunday any weekend in the 2014 NFL regular season during which the FOX NFL Sunday show is telecast from LA.Included are roundtrip coach class airfare, hotel accommodations double occupancy for 2 nights and hotel transfers as well as transportation to the show.The approximate retail value of the prize is $3000. If winner is from the Los Angeles area, included are hotel accommodations double occupancy for 2 nights as well as transportation to the show. The winner is responsible for all travel-related expenses not expressly stated in the prize description, including, without limitation, meals, beverages, gratuities, additional ground transportation, taxes and surcharges.Prizing to be provided by the FOX Television Stations.

    

8. Winner(s) will be notified by e-mail by 12/20/2013.All persons traveling on the trip must be 18 years of age or over, unless travelers under 18 are accompanied by at least one adult who is the parent or legal guardian of each minor.Winner(s) and travel companion will be required to complete, sign and return a Certification of Eligibility and Release within 4 business days of the date of notification or they will be disqualified.If a winner cannot be reached, or if a winner does not return the Certification of Eligibility and Release within the designated time period, an alternate winner will be chosen and held to the same eligibility parameters.

    

9. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner(s).The winner(s) cannot assign or transfer prize.Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

    

10. The winner(s) is responsible for all local, county, state, and federal taxes on prizes based on the value of the prizes set forth in these rules.
